Extended Bus Timetables Confirmed
North Yorkshire Council have issued an update regarding the No. 14 bus timetable.

Following a one-year trial, North Yorkshire Council has confirmed that the additional midweek journeys on the No. 14 bus service will be retained.
The services – the 08:10 departure from Embsay and the 17:10 departure from Skipton – have proved to be well used and financially viable, and will therefore continue.
North Yorkshire Council has also decided, for the time being, to maintain the hourly Saturday service operating between 09:00 and 16:00 (excluding the 12:00 service). However, these Saturday journeys will remain under review, as current passenger numbers mean the service is not yet considered viable.
Residents are encouraged to make use of local bus services where possible to help support their continued operation.
