Accounting statements show the cash balance, precept, staff costs and other income and expenditure for the last accounting year.

Annual Budget and Precepts

The Budget documents will cover all necessary expenditure for the financial year and set their precept to meet their budget needs.

Annual Governance & Accountability Return

The Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) is the document that is submitted by local councils presenting a summary of their audit and financial information.

Conclusion of Audit

This is a document confirming that the accounts for the last accounting year have been published.

External Audit Reports

This is a certificate signed by an external auditor after a review of the AGAR.

Internal Audit Reports

This is a certificate presented after an internal audit of the council.

This is a document explaining the role and expected conduct of Councillors.

Financial Regulations

The Financial Regulations are the rules by which Embsay with Eastby Parish Council conducts its financial management. They are reviewed annually and may only be amended or varied by resolution of the Council.

Grass Cutting Policy

This document outlines the council's grass cutting policy.

Parish Charter

A Charter for Partnership Working and Understanding between North Yorkshire Council and the parish sector in North Yorkshire.

Documents relating to whether the council has declared a climate emergency.
