Casual vacancy in the Office of Parish Councillor

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for the Parish of Embsay with Eastby in the Craven District.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if a written request signed by ten (10) local government electors for the Parish (including printed names and addresses of those signing) is received at the address given below within fourteen days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the date at the bottom of this notice.
