NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL – 20 MPH ZONES ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on any length of road specified in Part 1 and Part 2 of the Schedule (attached)
